My scientific career begins with my undergraduate thesis to obtain the degree of Biologist from the University of Concepción. My thesis was titled “Characterization of an in vitro cellular model of goat mammary gland for use as a bioreactor”. With the results obtained in my thesis, I applied to the University Research Assessment Project Contest (VIU), being awarded as director, the project titled:
